BTLOG… stands for “Behold the Lamb of God”. You may or may not have noticed that on my sidebar, under “schedule” (if you use a RSS reader you did not). Those initials follow some of the dates I will be playing in the next couple of months.
I know some of you are wondering what “Behold the Lamb” is. To say it is a “Christmas Musical” leads you to think about something that this is not (not that your typical Christmas Musical is not good, that is just not the best way to define this particular show)

About 5 years ago I, along with a few others, were interested in performing this “project” at our church. We got permission from Andrew and off we went. We have ended up doing it every year since (I think this is our 5th year, someone confirm or correct this please). This year we will be playing it at Oakdale, as well as The Kennedy Children’s Home and The Nash Arts Center. (see sidebar for dates)
Oakdale and the Kennedy Children’s Home will both be free shows, while the Nash Arts Center will sell tickets (half of the ticket sales go to the venue, while the other half will go towards either a needy family or a local ministry designed to help a family, details still being worked out, will post details when I have them)
I would encourage you to come check it out. Although I am all about free, I would encourage you to make it out to the Arts Center for the cause.

I am SO excited about doing BTLOG!! I think it’s awesome that we are getting to do it multiple times this year.
AND I think this is really our 3rd or 4th year.
